EOA Market Expansion

Milestone-based approach for chapters launching or relaunching an EO Accelerator program

[ STATUS: LAUNCHED ]

6-Step Procedure – EOA Program Launch (USD 15K max)

  1. Application & Core Team – recruitment plan, EOA Chair/Champion, board & regional alignment. EO chapter >30 members recommended.
  2. Training & Exploration – Chair attends COT/GLC, connects with regional Experts, builds an action plan with metrics.
  3. Recruitment – host a test-drive event, secure 10 paid participants, line up strategic partners.
  4. Organize Chapter – hire staff, set dues, form first EOA board (size scales with participants: 2→6).
  5. Ratification & Launch – sign Chapter License Agreement, host launch event, share 3-year plan and trainer placement.
  6. Post-Launch – quarterly growth tracking, co-chair identified, regional Expert check-ins, handover planning.

Funding release: USD 3K at soft launch (10 paid) • USD 12K at 15 paid participants – within 2 years of hub setup.

6-Phase Framework – EOA Program Relaunch (USD 10K max)

  1. Relaunch Request – confirm intent, share why the program paused; EOA Global confirms eligibility.
  2. Leadership Confirmed – EOA Chair/Champion, Chapter Manager, and aligned chapter leadership in place.
  3. Recruitment & Growth Plan – timeline to 15 (stability) → 25 (sustainability) participants.
  4. Soft Relaunch (10 paid) – listed COMING SOON, online trainer assigned. Up to USD 3K.
  5. Official Relaunch (15 paid) – COMING SOON removed, in-person sessions begin. Up to USD 5K.
  6. Post-Relaunch Review (6 months) – participation, engagement, trainer fit, financial stability. Up to USD 2K.

Funding release: 3K + 5K + 2K across phases 4–6 – milestone-based, not automatic.

Key Takeaway: Funding is milestone-based and performance-linked – not automatic. Strong local leadership, steady recruitment, and disciplined milestone delivery are critical. Chapters remain responsible for recruitment and long-term sustainability.

Over 35 Program Support

Partnership-first check-in and support framework for large (35+ participants) programs

[ STATUS: IN PLANNING ]

Goal: Help great programs grow with EO – not accidentally outgrow it. Light-touch conversations, early transparency, and shared pride in EOA – not audits or compliance.

June/July: Program Alignment Conversation

Objective: Establish shared understanding, surface innovation early, and reaffirm affiliation.

Discussion Prompts:

  • What is working exceptionally well?
  • What local innovations or partnerships are you most proud of?
  • Where are you adapting the EOA model?
  • What support or flexibility would help you stay aligned?

December / January (30 min): Mid-Year Pulse Check

Objective: Maintain relationship health and prevent surprises – conversational and forward-looking.

Discussion Prompts:

  • What has changed or emerged since our last conversation?
  • Are any new partnerships or offerings being explored?
  • Anything to know now to avoid misalignment later?
  • Plus 1:1 with the assigned trainer

March / April (30 min): Pre-Renewal Check

Objective: Reaffirm intent to continue within the EOA ecosystem and identify support needed before renewal.

Discussion Prompts:

  • How are you feeling about the program’s direction?
  • Any changes, extensions, or experiments planned?
  • Early ideas worth flagging now?
  • Anything that feels like friction rather than partnership?

Incentives & Budget: Supportive programs gain EOA-sponsored Strategy Summits, priority access to pilots, funding, and global visibility.

At-Risk Signals: local content marketed as “EO methodology,” EOA curriculum replaced, EO logo used without context, partnerships announced before staff awareness, or decreasing transparency.
