Go around and share one challenge you are facing, personal or professional.

For example, what is keeping you up at night? 
 

5 min

Explanation of experience sharing vs advice from the moderator.

Select one challenge for a deep dive. 
  5 min  Ask questions to understand that challenge. 
  20 min  Experience sharing, around the table. 
  5 min  Recap of takeaways and next steps from the person whose challenge you discussed.
