Job Summary
The Accelerator Program Trainer (APT) is a key leader responsible for facilitating quarterly learning events for EO Accelerator programs across the globe. Through mastery of EO’s methodology and strategic facilitation, the APT equips participants with critical tools to grow their businesses and accelerate toward EO membership readiness. The APT is not only a facilitator but a culture carrier, a coach collaborator, a curriculum steward, and a brand ambassador deeply aligned with EO’s values and strategic vision for scaling impact and member experience. This role is vital to delivering consistent, high-quality learning that supports local chapters while maintaining global standards.
Responsibilities

Program Delivery: Facilitate impactful, interactive, and well-paced quarterly learning days for Accelerator participants across chapters.

Tailored Content: Customize delivery to suit local context while maintaining fidelity to the EOA curriculum and Scaling Up framework.

Coach Training: Deliver one in-person coach training annually for each assigned program.

Launch Participation: Attend the launch event prior to the first quarterly event for all new programs.

Outcome Accountability: Align facilitation with participant progress goals (e.g., graduation readiness, revenue growth). Support the tracking of key metrics like attendance, NPS, and learning outcomes.

Post-Event Feedback: Ensure all attendees complete feedback surveys. Share observations and insights with the EOA Trainer Community to support program iteration and improvement.

Timely Reporting: Submit training and travel invoices within 30 days of event delivery via Concur. Provide feedback and debriefs as requested.

Technology Proficiency: Utilize EO-approved tools (Zoom, LMS, Concur, CRM) for training delivery, communication, and reporting.

Qualifications

Knowledge of Scaling Up methodology and the EO Accelerator framework.

Facilitation experience: Must have led training sessions for groups of 15+; experience with hybrid or global audiences is a plus.

EO Membership: Must be a current EO member in good standing.

Experience with EO roles: Strategy Summit Trainer, Forum Trainer, or prior EOA facilitation preferred.

Learning mindset: Committed to personal and professional growth; open to feedback and iteration.

Technology familiarity: Able to manage tools for both in-person and virtual delivery environments.

Time Commitment

Facilitate four full-day events per assigned program (max five programs), including preparation.

Deliver one in-person coach training per program per year.

Attend launch event for each new chapter you support.

Participate in “Train the Trainer” sessions (2–3 days) and attend quarterly Trainer calls (1 hour per quarter).
