 What is a Relaunch?

A relaunch applies when your chapter previously ran EO Accelerator and wants to restart a paused or closed program. This is not a first-time launch and follows a phased, milestone-based approach.

Phase 1: Relaunch Request

What the chapter does

• Confirms intent to relaunch EOA
• Shares brief context on why the program was paused

• EOA Global confirms eligibility as a relaunch

• Confirm chapter wants to relaunch EO Accelerator
• Share brief context on why the program was paused
• Receive confirmation from EOA Global that this qualifies as a relaunch

Phase 2: Leadership Confirmed

Chapter confirms

• An EOA Chair / Champion
• A Chapter Manager
• Chapter leadership support

Clear ownership ensures recruitment, engagement, and follow-through.

Phase 3: Recruitment & Growth Plan

Chapter submits

• A realistic recruitment and growth plan
• Timeline to reach:
  • 15 participants (stability)
  • 25 participants (sustainability)

Outcome

• Growth milestones aligned with EOA Global

• Recruitment plan created
• Initial prospect pipeline identified
  • 15 participants (program stability)Growth targets agreed:

• Plan reviewed with EOA Global

 Phase 4: Soft Relaunch

Triggered at: 10 paid participants

What happens

• Program listed as COMING SOON
• Online, exclusive EOA Trainer assigned
• First learning day scheduled

Funding release

• Up to USD 3,000 may be released at this stage
• This forms part of the maximum USD 10,000 relaunch support

✅ Phase 4: Soft Relaunch (10 Paid Participants)

• 10 paid participants confirmed
• Program listed as COMING SOON
• Online, exclusive EOA Trainer assigned
• First learning day scheduled
• Funding checkpoint:
  • Up to USD 3,000 may be released (if approved)

 Phase 5: Official Relaunch

Triggered at: 15 paid participants

What changes

• COMING SOON tag removed
• Program officially relaunched
• Transition to in-person sessions (where applicable)

Funding release

• An additional USD 5,000 may be released once the program is officially relaunched

✅ Phase 5: Official Relaunch (15 Paid Participants)

• 15 paid participants confirmed
• COMING SOON tag removed
• Program officially relaunched
• In-person sessions begin (where applicable)
• Funding checkpoint:
  • Additional USD 5,000 may be released
    

 Phase 6: Post-Relaunch Review

Timing: 6 months after relaunch

Review covers

• Participant numbers and retention
• Attendance and engagement
• Trainer fit and delivery format
• Financial stability

Funding release

• Following a positive review, the final USD 2,000 may be released

• Chapters remain responsible for recruitment and long-term sustainability
