EOA Renewal CheckIn
Renewals Checklist
Driving the Renewal Campaign
The Chair plays a key role in retaining quality participants and keeping the renewal process active throughout the year. To do this well, the Chair should identify at-risk participants, inspire renewals, and stay aware of who is approaching the three-year mark.
- Work with the board member responsible for membership, the Chapter Administrator, and the EO Accelerator Program Coordinator to ensure participants are renewed on a monthly basis.
- Track renewal status during events to reduce participant attrition.
- Check with Accountability Group coaches to identify participants nearing graduation or those unlikely to renew, and encourage proactive recruiting to replace them.
- Ensure non-renewed participants are no longer active in quarterly events and groups by 30 June.
- Inform EO Accelerator staff about participants who are not planning to renew.
- Act as a liaison between local participants and EO Global staff, since renewal communications are sent by EO Global Accelerator staff.
