Objective
To accelerate high-quality rollout of Globally Covered EOA Strategy Summits (SS)
through expert leadership—while ensuring:

Measurable outcomes

Maximum programs supported: 10 (global, first come, assessed)

Per region:

Up to 2 programs:

1 program with over 35 participants
-
1 small program (≤15)

Total pilot budget: USD 25,000
Funding Structure (Per Approved Program)

Trainer Fee: 1,500 USD
-
Trainer Travel: 1,000 USD

Total: 2,500 USD
Trainer Quality & Selection
-
Trainer may be:
-
EOA accredited trainer or
-
Approved SS trainer within the region
-

Final selection by EOA Business Unit

All trainers and facilitators calibrated by trainers who have already delivere this SS successfully (i.e. as in Europe)
Governance & Controls

Eligibility screening required using official SS checklists before application (Pre application Eligibility Checklist on Next Page)

Formal application and assessment via EOA Business Unit

Experts serve as Firstline accountability owners

Incentive rollout announced during Expert Onboarding Call

All funded SS deliveries must be completed by October 15
Application Process (Mandatory 2-Step Flow)
All programs must go through the following steps:
Step 1: Pre-Application Eligibility Check (Expert-led)
This checklist is designed for Experts to assess program readiness and eligibility before proceeding to the application stage.
It is not a submission requirement, but a decision-support tool to ensure that only
suitable and prepared programs move forward.

Only programs that meet all required criteria should proceed to application submission
1. Program Size (Required)

Large Program: over 35 active participants
-
Small Program: 15 or fewer participants
Program must fall into one category above.
2. Strategic Need (Select at least 1)
For Large Programs (>35)

Growth pressure or complexity is emerging
-
Leadership needs alignment on strategy, scale, or structure
-
Clear benefit from a Globally Covered EOA Strategy Summit to produce shared strategy and 90-day action plan
For Small Programs (≤15)
-
Program needs reset, stabilization, or relaunch
-
Momentum has stalled or declined
-
Leadership needs clarity on next stage direction
Strategic Need to be Reviewed against Leadership Readiness (Required)

Program has an EOA Chair and active EOA Board of at least 3 members
-
Chair and Board are willing and able to actively participate in the SS
3. Commitment to Follow Through (Required)

Commitment to participate in the Globally Covered EOA Strategy Summit
-
Commitment to complete a post SS action plan
-
Agreement to share basic progress updates with EOA Global
4. Expert Accountability (Required)

Expert confirms responsibility for:

Recommending this program responsibly
-
Ensuring SS completion by October 15

Ensuring appropriate use of SS funds

Reporting outcomes to EOA Global

Expert Confirmation
