Accelerator Expert Position Description

Mission

An integral part of the member leader community, Accelerator Experts serve as subject matter experts (SMEs) in various functional areas and in some instances, will also be responsible for the implementation of Accelerator related initiatives outlined in the regional action plan, as they support and drive the execution of strategy at all levels of the organization. The Expert will support their region’s products, programs, or initiatives in service of chapters’ Accelerator health and growth. Experts are selected and directed by their respective regional councils. The Expert is aligned with the EO Strategic Vision, their regional council, and EO’s mission to help leading entrepreneurs learn and grow within Accelerator.

Qualifications

  • Has an unwavering passion for impacting their chapter, region, EO, and themselves.
  • Is an Accelerator subject matter expert.
  • Served as an Accelerator chair and attended GLC in that Chair role.
  • Is aligned with EO’s purpose, ambition, and core values.
  • Will actively contribute to the region’s and chapters’ successes.
  • Facilitate monthly Regional Chair calls to break down silos for program and project information-sharing, and to maintain regional alignment and community building with Program Chairs.
  • Attend EOA Global Chair calls as requested by the EOA Working Group for experience share.
  • Lead breakouts as requested for these stated calls.
  • Support the region in operationalizing their action plan in areas of your expertise.

Responsibilities
