Funding and Support for EOA Programs

Funding Allocation for EOA Programs- 30% Payback

     To support the successful operation and growth of local EOA programs, 30% of global dues
     Collected from new and renewed participants are allocated back to these programs. This              funding helps cover various local expenses, fostering effective program management and          participant engagement.

Payout Schedule:

  • New Participants: For newly joined participants, the 30% funding return is processed
    quarterly.

  • Renewed Participants: For participants that are renewing, the 30% return is processed once a year, typically in the first quarter of the new fiscal year.
  • Notification: Prior to the quarterly payout, programs are informed via ConnectEO.

Recommended Uses for the 30% Funding:

  • Meeting space (if in person)

  • Meals (if in person)
  • Printed materials (if in person)
  • Recruiting efforts
  • Marketing initiatives
  • On-boarding new participants
  • Purchasing Scaling Up books
  • Leadership planning and strategy summits
  • Attendance at the Global Leadership Conference (GLC)

 

In Addition, Global Coverage Includes:

  • Trainer fees for Learning Days (Program specific)

    • Virtual EOA sessions (up to 4 per program annually) for programs with 10 -14
      participants; OR
    • Trainer fees plus travel/accommodations (2 hotel nights, flight, transport & meals)
      for in-person sessions (up to 4 per program annually) for programs with 15
      participants and more
  • One coach training per program annually, including trainer fees, once a year the night
    before an in-person Learning Day
  • Virtual Learning Days (hosted globally, recommended for programs below 10
    participants) – 4 times a year, 3 time zones
  • Virtual Coach Training (hosted globally) – 4 times a year, 3 time zones
  • Virtual Content Deep Dives – 12 sessions
  • New Participant Webinars – 12 sessions
  • Trainer skill development
  • Content contracts with Scaling Up
  • Global branding updates
  • Baseline global marketing materials
  • Resources for participants and coaches
  • Basic program operations and program growth and launch support
  • Support through Regional Investment Plans
  • EOA Graduation Incentive - Beginning July 1, 2024, the initiation fee for EOA
    graduates was reduced by 50 percent from USD $3,500.00 to USD $1,750.00.

           

             This structure ensures that local programs receive the necessary support to thrive                       while maintaining a cohesive global framework.
